Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Hostiera services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Hostiera provides web hosting, domain registration, VPS, and related services. We reserve the right to modify services with reasonable notice.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services for:
- Sending unsolicited email (spam)
- Hosting illegal content or pirated software
- Phishing or fraudulent websites
- Mining cryptocurrency
- Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks
- Any activity that violates Indian law
4. Payment Terms
Services are billed in advance. Renewal invoices are sent 14 days before expiry. Failed payments result in service suspension after 3 days and termination after 14 days.
5. Uptime SLA
We guarantee 99.9% monthly uptime for all shared and cloud hosting plans. If we fail to meet this, you are eligible for account credit proportional to the downtime. SLA credits must be requested within 30 days.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund. You may cancel your account at any time from the client area.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
Refund Policy

Hosting Services
All new hosting accounts are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the order date — no questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion based on usage.
💡 7-Day Money-Back: Email billing@hostiera.in within 7 days of signup and we'll process a full refund — typically within 3–5 business days.
Domain Names
Domain registrations are non-refundable once processed, as the registration cost is passed directly to the registry. Domain transfers are also non-refundable.
VPS Servers
VPS orders are eligible for refund within 48 hours of provisioning, provided the server has not been used for more than 1 hour of active use.
Renewal Invoices
If you did not intend to renew a service, contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge and we will refund the renewal fee and terminate the service.

Exceptions
Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations are not eligible for refunds.
